The root LICENSE contains Apache License 2.0 and remains unchanged. Previous MIT labels in project metadata did not match that file; the metadata has been aligned with the root license. This does not relicense third-party dependencies.

This modification adds bilingual guides and information pages, input precision safeguards, image export checks and IPv6 validation while retaining the existing main-branch layout.
